Local 737 - Visteon Receive Iris Award
At the annual United Way Awards Celebration for 2002,
UAW Local 737 and Visteon, of Nashville, Tennessee, received the coveted
Iris Award.
The Iris Award is given to the organization that contributes
the highest percentage of money to the Community Solutions Fund and
is the highest award given by United Way for the annual campaign.
UAW Local 737 and Visteon are very proud
of this accomplishment since they are the first manufacturing plant
or Union to win this award.
