DNTA Council At the Bargaining Table
The DTNA Council are at the table, where we just passed brand new wage tables and a duration proposal to the Company.
The company representatives were in shock at what just hit them, virtually the entire DTNA bargaining council spoke on what these wage proposals mean to our respective memberships and the fact that our members are demanding parity between all of our facilities. Our members are tired of being separated by wage differences among our members while performing the same work.
Our membership will not be deterred in achieving a historic agreement that takes into account the fact that DTNA has had record profits while depriving us of our fair share of the profits that our membership created!
