Walter Reuther Monument Wheeling, WV
Under cold and windy skies a monument honoring the life of UAW President P. Reuther was dedicated in a stirring ceremony on October 12, 2006. Each year members of South Central PA and WV State CAP Councils travel to Wheeling for a work day of trimming, weeding, mulching and cleaning of the monument. This year attendance was limited due to Covid but several members, Bill Panebaker, Ken Collison and Jim Rogers were able to make the trip to Wheeling.
