Bowling Green Assembly Deliver the First 2025 Corvette ZR1

Members of 2164 made history this morning as they delivered the first 2025 Corvette ZR1. The ZR1 is a performance sports car, with 1064 horsepower and a top speed of 233 miles per hour. The first one off the line was delivered next door National Corvette Museum.

The National Corvette Museum issued the following statement “From the manufacturing line to the red carpet, this ZR1 represents the pinnacle of Corvette engineering and design. Every R8C Delivery is a celebration of Corvette legacy, but this one shifts it into the next gear. Welcome to the future of performance. Welcome to America’s Sports Car.

Region 8 leadership were on hand for the rollout, including Director Tim Smith and Assistant Director George Palmer. “Our member at 2164 build the greatest sportscar in the world,” Director Smith stated. “The ZR1 is another step in the evolution of this great car. The people at Bowling Green continue this fine tradition of workmanship that sets the standard for the entire sportscar world.”
