SWFL UAW Retiree Council Meeting Planned

Greetings!
A lot has happened since we had our last meeting in May!  Since Cindy goes north for the summer months, she does her best to get information to all of us.  Unfortunately, Mailchimp (Our email system that was set up before either she or Grace came onboard) is not compatible with her new computer system in Michigan.  Also, she has tirelessly worked to find assistance to solve this problem.  As you can tell by the message she put in our Quarterly Newsletter (that everyone should have already received), system isn't compatible with her new computer system in Michigan.  BUT, since Cindy is now back in Florida, the Mailchimp system IS WORKING on our computer here!  As of  this month, all correspondence should be coming from her to you now!  We just ask for your patience in this matter.  It has been a real pain for Cindy, Joe and Jim.

With all that being said, Cindy welcomed help from Linda Ramos with the meeting minutes from the September monthly meeting.  Going forward, we should be back on track for her to keep you informed of all upcoming meetings.  Also, Cindy is grateful to all who have been very patient with her while she has worked to do the best she could with what she had to work with!  She also looks forward to seeing everyone at the October monthly meeting.

Regarding the October monthly meeting, information will follow shortly regarding the meeting, speakers, and our temporary change of venue for our meetings, from myself and Jim.  We ask for your patience during this temporary change.  Again, information and maps/directions will follow shortly.

Important!  If you have any questions regarding any health bills you may have, i.e. medical, dental, optical, etc., please plan to arrive at least 45 minutes before the meeting so that you can meet with either Joe, Jim or Cindy.  Remember to bring all pertinent documents or information with you.  We will do our best to address the issues prior to the start of the meeting.

We hope everyone had a very happy, safe, and healthy summer!  We hope to see everyone in October.
