Winners in the Florida State Cap Essay Contest Announced

The Florida State UAW CAP Council General Board and the Executive Committee recommended and adopted the following students to be winners in the 2004 Scholarship Program sponsored by the Florida State UAW CAP Council and International Union, UAW.
