UAW Local 862 Chaplaincy Committee was out in force to volunteer. They manned the booth at the Zoo for the day with information, UAW fans, candy and most importantly prayer requests.

100 volunteers. YES, that number is correct >100! Shining the community is what our members do! That is why our motto is:

We don’t just build great vehicles…We build great communities!!

How about this 1969 Ford Super Duty? This was at the Car Show at the Labor Day Picnic. Notice the “low rider” and also the intake on the engine is a fire extinguisher.
